Thank goodness Mom Mendoza came over to take care of Mya and give me a break. I haven't been getting enough sleep and rest because of things I can't get into on here. And last night, I couldn't breathe very well for the longest time. It was so irritating. That was the worst episode of shortness of breath that I've had in awhile. It must be because I'm anemic. I just found out saturday morning. No wonder I am tired ALL the freaking time. I went in for my routine appointment to check the baby on friday and they made me take a blood test and the gestational diabetes test. Thank goodness I don't have gest. diabetes. But my complete blood count was all whacked. I didn't have normal values for anything except my platelet levels. So I talked to the nurse and she told me that I was anemic and that I have to start taking iron pills. I started them yesterday and they made me feel better, but only for a couple of hours. By the end of the night, I still had shortness of breath and was extremely fatigued. Ugh. What's worse is that my white blood count level was high, so that means I have to take it easy and rest. The docter gave me and Franny strict instructions to not do certain things or else I am gonna get sick. Pretty much I can't be stressed out. They don't even want me to carry Mya or be alone with Mya for awhile until my levels go back down. It was nice that my doc called me Sunday morning to talk to me. We were on the phone for 45 minutes. You don't get that kind of quality service from Kaiser. I am so glad we go to Sutter.
The baby is kicking like crazy and is still very active. She kicks harder, too. I can't believe in 3 months she's going to be popping out already. I'm so excited. I can't wait to see her.
Vangie had her amnio today and I've praying for her. I think she's going to find out the sex of the baby there as well. I can't wait to hear what she and Rich are having. It's so exciting.
Mya has been cranky all day. She is just screaming all the time. I hope Mom is okay with her. Franny is coming home now and picking up food at Daimo for us. We are just going to hang out here with his parents for their wedding anniversary. Oh and today is Brady's 4th birthday! He is growing up way to fast. I can't believe he's going to be starting pre-school soon.
I have to hit the shower. It's so hot here.
Alvin and Kat finally get hitched
