Mya's hanging out on her swing so I have time to blog. The weekend was fun, but I think I got a little exhausted. Mya was pretty good all weekend, but I, on the other hand, wasn't to good. I don't know if I caught something or if I was just tired, but I had a headache for a very long time. And I was really tired. Maybe it's just because I am a parent now and being tired just comes with the territory.

Matthew Rudolph arrived on Saturday night at 7lbs. 3oz. and 20.5 inches long. He's such a cutie!

So far he's a pretty well-behaved baby. Poor Liz had trouble getting the little guy to latch on and I had to help her with all that. Unfortunately, after about 30 mins., we couldn't let the little guy starve so we gave him a bottle while Liz pumped. Exciting. We ended up staying at the hospital until about 6:00pm.

Matthew had so many visitors: Ray, Trang, Arlene, Brady, Noel, Franny, me, and Mya. And we heard that Cheryl, Eric, and Eliza were also going to visit.

We went to Jess and Neil's house on saturday and hung out with the girls. Arlene was sick so she couldn't hold Mya at all, but Mya got to meet everyone else. It was fun, but again, I was a little out of it. I just wanted to sleep! I think it was because I was sleep deprived since I had to take care of Mya non-stop from Friday up until Jess' party. Franny had a conference and was gone all day saturday.

I am really enjoying our replayTV. I finally had time to go through the channel guide and pick out the shows I wanted to record. Oh my gosh, it's SO cool. I don't know if I'll ever have time to watch any of them, but at least I'll have the option to do so when I'm available.

Mya was a sweetheart today. From the minute she woke up this morning, she was not fussy at all. Although, she was asleep most of the time. We even went to mass at noon and then had lunch at a Tammada Thai restaurant. The food was tasty. We had to return some stuff at BabiesRUs and then headed to the AT&T store so that Franny could exchange his bluetooth headset or something like that.

We had roast chicken and veggies for dinner and we watched Extreme Makeover Home Edition and Desperate Housewives while our little munchkin was sleeping. I just fed her and she went straight back to sleep again. LOL. Franny and Mya are asleep right next to each other on the bed. They're both in the same position. They have both their hands up with their right leg slightly bent outward. OMG. She's so funny. I already got some adorable photos of her today. I'll upload them when I can.

It was a very good day, but sad as well. We had to say goodbye to our foster dog, Jingo. May he rest in peace.

Been busy as usual with the baby. I have a meeting with KOTB to finish their website. They said it was okay to bring Mya, but Arlene offered to babysit so I might take her up on that. The meeting is not until next week so I have plenty of time to figure out what to do. Still trying to determine how and when I will go back to my second job as a Healthcare Consultant with Mya being so young. Luckily, I can set my own schedule and work from home. I just worry about if I'm own the phone with a client and she starts to cry. Not good. But, I'm sure I'll find a way to make it work. Being a stay at home mom is great and ideally that is what I want to have for my children.

Mya Mya Mya

I don't think I will continue blogging on here, especially since all I will probably talk about is little miss Mya. I haven't finished the complete website yet, but her blog is ready so I have decided to write in that instead.

myajosephine.blogspot.com

We'll see if I can keep up with both...
