Saturday – Went to work as usual…yes, on a Saturday. I had a headache so I went home in the afternoon to get some sleep before Ray’s Party. Forgot Jude, our next foster dog, was arriving that day. Jude is such a sweetie, but I worry about him, because he seems really lonely and sad at times. I hope we find a good family for him soon. Anyhow, Ray’s birthday was at Vezenia , an Italian restaurant, in Bezerkly. We got to see some old friends there – butch, leedawg, clariza, and jeff. Ray even got a little toasty that night.
Sunday – Had breakfast with Franny at Pancake House in Fremont and I don’t really remember what happened the rest of the day. Oh, Franny took our other foster dog, Heppi, to his new home in Modesto, CA. I hope he likes it there.
Monday – Work as usual.
Tuesday – Work as usual. Went to doctor’s office, picked up a prescription at the pharmacy, went back to work, and then went home. Watched BB4 and Paradise Hotel. Both shows were really good. Thank goodness Robert won HOH. I hope he sticks it to Allison and Jun good. Franny cooked Spaghetti for dinner.
Wednesday – Work as usual. Biopsy rescheduled for next month since I had complications with certain medications. They are making me nauseas and I hate them (evil expression will be inserted here).
Thursday – Work as usual. Went home, cooked dinner (catfish) and then watched Friends, CSI, and Temptation Island 4 with Ron & Franny.
Friday – I’m here at work as usual.
My plans today are to head over to the mall with Ron. He wants to watch that movie about the kid TV star that wants to re-live his childhood or something lame like that. We’ll see if it’s any good. I’m sleepy. I want to rest a bit, but I don’t know if I’ll have time.
Had lunch in the park today. It’s my getaway. If I go to the park for lunch, it usually means I’m either stressed or tired. I like going there because I won’t get disturbed AT ALL. It’s a good time to think about things and just ponder the meaning of life; it's definitely a good place to pray and meditate, too. People may think it’s odd, but I’ve been doing this forever. I’m the kind of person who needs my alone time. What can I say, it definitely relaxes me …
When I’m there, I always see this really old couple walking…they are so cute. They must be in their late 80’s/early 90’s. Every time I go there, they are there. The man is always helping the woman to walk, even though he looks like he needs help himself. But there he is helping her along anyway. I often wonder how long they have been together and if they’ve lived happy lives, if they have any kids, etc. It makes me wonder how me and Franny will be at 80 years old. Hmm…that’s kinda old there. My parents aren’t even that old. Okay, nevermind…
