I just had one of the most stressful work days in a long time. I had this proposal presentation to do for the President and V.P's of the company and it was a bit nerve-wracking. Not the presentation itself, but the logistics of the thing. I also had to conference in a vendor from Montana and the conference call wouldn't go through. We even had the V.P. of IT in there and he couldn't get it to work. As if that wasn't enough, there was a problem with the scheduling of the meeting so half of the people thought that it started at 11am, instead of 10am. WTF? It turns out that there was a bug in Windows XP that affected the time on some computers, which resulted in about 40% of the company with messed up scheduling systems. Mostly in building 1. How efficient is that? This problem started occurring after daylight savings time and was just found out now! Oh my goodness. It's fixed now, but I was so frustrated...to the point I could have started smoking and I don't smoke! LOL.

Anyhow, despite the obstacles, I stayed calm and collected. The meeting was a success and my proposal was granted.
Whew! !jumpingsmileys! What a way to keep me on my toes!
